R Panel® is a CLASS A low temperature radiant system. The radiator has been designed to save energy saving, promote renewable energy sources, and reduction CO2 emissions.  R Panel® is not just a product but a technology resulted from years of scientific research. The know-how developed by our company allow us to offer unique solutions to customers. The R Panel® Heating and Cooling is for everybody, for new or existing installations.

Renewable Energies

R Panel® is the ideal partner for green energy solutions in buildings. With respect to traditional heating/cooling systems, R Panel® allows lowering considerably the size of the energy source (chiller, geothermal heat pump, etc). Indeed, R Panel® takes advantage of the thermal inertia of the solid structures of the house (walls, ceiling, floor), reduces the energy losses and allow a more rational use of the energy resources.

The low operating temperature and its high efficiency make R Panel® ideal for the exploitation of alternative energies.
With R Panel®, the energy request of the building is lowered and distributed in the time, in such a way to reduce the working temperature. This results in a wide reduction of the heat losses and a more rational distribution of resources.

Radiant Cooling

With R Panel® you can cool your house without the problems associated to the convective systems. In a house conditioned with R Panel® you can feel the same comfort of a wonderful cellar in summer, saving up money.
The R Panel® cooling solves the drawbacks of traditional systems. R Panel® realizes the best conditions for your thermal comfort and health. This is possible thanks to the technical features of the radiant panel and to the use of an innovative anti-condensing electronic control.

The peculiarities of the R Panel radiant cooling system can be summarized as follows:

Industrial Heating

Heating high-volume buildings like industrial sheds is one of the strong points of the R Panel® technology. In this case the advantages such as energy saving and thermal efficiency remarkable also in the case of small-medium size rooms become more and more pronounced.

The use of irradiation instead of convection allows one to operate at lower temperatures, to have a very small temperature vertical gradient and fewer thermal losses. The distribution of heat is uniform, leading to high thermal comfort.

In the following it is shown a comparison between the R Panel® technology and a traditional convective system. The installed power is related to an activation of the plant 24h/24h. The data reported are the official ones obtained by the Department of Engineering of the University of Catania (IT). It is evident the energy saving obtained with the R Panel® technology can overcome the 45%.

QR2-50/PLC R Panel Anticondensation Controller

The R2-50 PLC regulator is multi-zone climate controller designed to prevent dew formation in R Panel® cooling systems. The unit is able to ensure the best hydrothermal conditions and to optimize the system performance.

HRV 818/PLC Anticondensation Probe

The anticondensation probe can detect the dew point with precision and accuracy through the analysis of the vapor pressure, temperature and absolute air humidity (parameters that define the dew point)

R Panel chronothermostat 503/GREEN

Programmable chronothermostat specifically designed to detect faster the “effective temperature” in radiant systems.

R Panel Towel Hanger

It’s a brushed-steel band with a modern and linear design. It can be mounted on every R Panel (vertically installed)at the desired height.

AD-34/1 Panel Protective Liquid

The additive AD34-1 is a product of the R Panel R&D division, studied for ensuring the maximum efficiency of the radiant panels. The additive is added to the water of the hydraulic plant, inhibits the formation of gas (oxidation) or possible corrosions of the heat exchangers; furthermore it enhances the heat exchange of the panels.
